Steve's Turtle Soup

Ingredients

• 2 -3 lb's turtle meat, cut into 1" cubes
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 lb fresh mushrooms
• 3 - 4 large potatoes, cubed
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 2 soup cans water
• pepper to taste

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a large pot. Stir together.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Add water as needed. Stir occasionally.

Serve and enjoy.
