Deep Fried Turkey Breast
Ingredients
- 1  3; - 5 lb. turkey breast, deboned and cut into strips
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a glass dish, marinate the turkey in the Italian dressing and lemon pepper seasoning overnight.
In a bowl, beat the eggs into the milk.
Place the flour in a second bowl and season to taste with the salt & pepper.
Dip the turkey strips in the egg mixture and then in the flour.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
