Spicy Squirrel Recipe with Hot Peppers

Spicy Squirrels Thanks to Ben Stone for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2- 3 squirrels
  • bbq sauce
  • ketchup
  • water
  • minced onion
  • pepper
  • your favorite spices

Instructions

In a bowl mix some bbq sauce and ketchup together to taste. Slightly water it down. Adjust taste if needed.

Rub the sauce into the squirrels.

Place on hot grill.

Sprinkle with the onion, pepper and spices.

Cook on low for 1 - 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally with the sauce.

Serve and enjoy.
