Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

Mix soup and sour cream with chopped onion.

Pour over the potatoes and mix well.

Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese and cut butter into pieces on top of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and brown a little.
