Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 potatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped or a couple of fresh green onions, chopped
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Boil the potatoes until just tender.

Season to taste with black pepper.

Mix the corn starch and milk together.

Add to the boiling potatoes and gently stir until thick.

Stir in the sour cream.

Serve and enjoy.
