Karaiyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 5 - 6 oz fresh grated ginger
- red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Add your favorite meat, stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Grill, fry, bake or broil.
Serve and enjoy.
