Rabbit in the Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 2 rabbit, cut into serving pieces
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (15oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 cup dry white wine
Instructions
Salt and pepper the rabbit pieces to taste.
Place the rabbit in the crockpot and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together.
Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
