Rabbit Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 rabbits, deboned
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • couple dashes of pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 large potatoes, thickly chopped
  • 2 - 3 carrots, chopped
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

Place the water in a large soup pot.

Add the rabbit meat, salts, pepper, onion, potatoes and carrots.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer until the veggies are tender and the rabbit is cooked.

Stir occasionally and add water if needed.

Serve and enjoy.
