Baked Pheasant and Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 pheasant breasts
  • thick cut bacon
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

Wrap each breast with bacon. SEcure with toothpicks if necessary.

Place in a baking dish.

Combine the soup and 1 can of water together. Pour over the pheasant.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

Serve over the cooked rice.
