Pheasant Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 pheasant meat, cut into cubes
- bacon
- terayaki sauce
- brown sugar
- toothpicks
Instructions
Cut bacon slices in half.
Wrap pheasant cubes with 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place meat cubes on pan and drizzle with terayaki sauce.
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
