Marcus' Fried Pheasant
Ingredients
- 2 pheasant breasts, de-boned
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tbsp season all
- pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium - low heat.
Add the garlic salt, season all and pepper. Stir together
Add the breasts.
Cook 10 - 12 minutes flipping every minute.
Serve and enjoy.
