Pheasant In Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pheasant, cut into serving pieces
  • olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce

Instructions

In large skillet heat enough olive oil to cover the bottom.

Add the pheasant, onion and pepper.

Cook over medium heat until almost done.

Put the meat, onion and peppers in a crock pot. Pour in the sauce.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve and enjoy.
