Spicy Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or deer
- 4 cups peeled, cubed potatoes (1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 - 8oz. cans tomato sauce
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Instructions
In a large kettle or dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain.
Add potatoes, onion, and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer for one hour or until potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened.
