Wild Goose Delights - Bacon Wrapped Appetizers

Ingredients
- 1 goose breast, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Place the meat in a large zip lock bag.
Mix the soy sauce and pepper together. Pour over the meat.
Seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove the meat from bag and drain.
Cut the bacon slices in half.
Wrap each goose piece with a piece of bacon.
Place the cubes in a baking pan or cookie sheet.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
