Crispy Fried Goose Strips with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 goose breast, sliced into 1/4" thick strips
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Season the strips to taste with salt and pepper.

Place some flour in a zip-lock bag and season it a little with salt and pepper.

Add the strips and shake to coat.

Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the strips and fry 2 - 3 minutes per side.

Serve and enjoy.
