Wild Goose Appetizer Bites for Parties

Goose Appetizer A recipe from Jim Carufel.

Ingredients

  • goose breast, skinned & deboned
  • sweet onion, roughly chopped
  • bacon, cut into 1 1/2" pieces

Instructions

Cube the goose into bite size pieces.

Place the meat, onions and bacon in a large skillet.

Cook over medium heat until bacon is crisp.

Drain on paper towels.

Place a piece of each ingredient on toothpicks.

Serve and enjoy.

Note: Also works well with wild duck.
