Bluegill Bake
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked bluegill
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
Instructions
Prepare the macaroni per package directions.
In a large bowl, blend the soup and cream cheese together with an electric mixer.
Stir in the fish, macaroni, onion, pepper, mustard, salt and milk.
Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle on the cornflake crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
