Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lb's salmon fillets or steaks
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Put the fillets in a baking dish.

Mix the vinegar and lemon juice together. Pour evenly over the fish.

Sprinkle on the garlic salt, basil and the parsley.

Cover and bake for 10 - 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
