Smokehouse Maple Pepper Duck

Ingredients

  • Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3- 4 green onions, chopped
  • fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

~ 1 wild duck

Season the outside of the duck heavily with the seasoning.

Stuff the inside with the celery, peppers, mushrooms, onions, a few chopped leaves cilantro and the butter.

Add more seasoning to outside if some of it got rubbed off.

Place in baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and let rest a couple of minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
