Duck Ka-bobs

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, cut into 1 cubes
  • Italian dressing
  • onions, quartered
  • bell peppers, quartered
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • bacon, optional

Instructions

Marinade the duck meat in Italian dressing overnight.

Wrap each piece of meat with 1/2 slice of bacon if desired.

Place meat on skewers alternating with the veggies.

Grill over medium heat until meat/bacon is done.
