Bacon Duck Poppers
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 duck breasts
- jalapeno peppers
- cream cheese
- bacon
- tooth picks
Instructions
Cut the peppers in half length wise. Remove the seeds.
If necessary, cut the breasts down to pieces a bit larger than the pepper halves.
Fill pepper halves with cream cheese.
Place a stuffed pepper half onto a piece of the breast.
Wrap with bacon and secure with tooth picks.
Repeat using up the rest of the ingredients.
Grill over medium heat until the bacon is done.
Serve and enjoy.
