Stuffed Duck Nuggets
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 duck breasts, cut into 1 - cubes
- small shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- jalapeno peppers, cut into 1/8 thick rings
- 1 lb bacon, cut slices in two
- Italian dressing
- toothpicks
Instructions
Split each duck cube almost in two.
Place a shrimp or pepper slice or both into the cube.
Wrap with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the cubes in a large bowl and cover with dressing.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove and drain nuggets.
Grill over medium heat until bacon is cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
