Stuffed Duck Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 duck breasts, cut into 1 - cubes
  • small shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • jalapeno peppers, cut into 1/8 thick rings
  • 1 lb bacon, cut slices in two
  • Italian dressing
  • toothpicks

Instructions

Split each duck cube almost in two.

Place a shrimp or pepper slice or both into the cube.

Wrap with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place the cubes in a large bowl and cover with dressing.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove and drain nuggets.

Grill over medium heat until bacon is cooked.

Serve and enjoy.
