Oriental Duck
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb duck breast, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion, sliced and carmelized
Instructions
Rub the meat well with the brown sugar.
Place in a skillet. Top with the onions.
Pour on the soy sauce.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add more soy sauce if needed.
Serve and enjoy.
