Grilled Dove Breast
Ingredients
- enough dove breasts to feed your flock.
- bacon, thick cut. One piece per breast.
- your favorite seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Skin and clean dove breasts and season to taste.
Wrap each with a piece of bacon. (Secure bacon with a wooden toothpick.)
Grill over a low to medium heat until the bacon is done
Enjoy with your favorite side dishes!
* Note: The bacon keeps the breast from drying out!
