Fried Deer Steaks
Ingredients
- 2 lb's deer steaks
- 2 cups pancake mix
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
Season the pancake mix to taste with the seasoning salt and pepper.
Pound the steaks with a meat mallet to tenderize.
Roll the steaks in the pancake mixture.
Heat a little oil in a skillet. Add the steaks and cook over medium heat until done.
