Deer Salsa
Ingredients
- deer steaks or roast, amount depends on how many you are feeding
- jar of your favorite salsa
- cooked rice or tortilla chips
Instructions
Cut up the deer into 1 to 2 inch cubes
Place in a pan and season with your favorite seasonings if desired. Cover with water and heat to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through.
Drain off the water. Add the salsa and stir together.
Simmer over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or tortilla chips.
