Grillin Marinade

Ingredients

  • deer, elk or beef steaks
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper together.

Place the meat in the mixture. Punch holes in the meat with a fork so the marinade soaks into the meat.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Overnight is better.

Grill as usual.
