Deer Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb deer steaks or chops, use more if you like
  • Cavendars greek seasoning
  • McCormicks broiled steak seasoning
  • Italian dressing, if desired
  • fresh jalepeno slices, one for each steak
  • sliced bacon to wrap each steak

Instructions

Cut the steaks into 2 inch squares.

Season the deer to taste with the seasonings.

Place in a bowl and cover with the Italian dressing if desired.

Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Place a jalepeno slice on the steak and then wrap a slice of bacon around it. Secure with water soaked toothpicks.

Grill over medium heat until done.

Serve and enjoy!

These make great appetizers.
