Grilled Venison Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 lbs venison steak
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/4 cups minced onion
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the butter, onion, worcestershire, dry mustard & pepper. Heat on low until the butter melts.

Brush the mixture on the steaks.

Grill steaks 15 minutes per side. Brushing the steaks with the butter mixture every time you turn.
