Simple Deer Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 bottle Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 bunches green onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup minced garlic

Instructions

Mix in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved.

Place deer steaks in large zip-lock bag.

Pour on the marinade, seal and refrigerate overnight.

Grill steaks until medium rare.
