So Easy Backstrap

Ingredients

  • 1 side deer backstrap, cut into 1" to 2" chunks
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • cooked rice

Instructions

Pour the soup into a crock pot. Add the water and mix until smooth.

Stir in the onion and soup mix.

Add the deer meat.

Cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in more water if needed.

Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
