Dder Yummy Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs deer burger (ground deer)
- 4 - 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 20 - 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
Crumble the deer in a mixing bowl. Mix in the Worcester sauce.
Let stand in refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes.
Mix in the beaten eggs and the cracker crumbs.
Pat into burger size patties.
Grill over medium heat or fry with a little oil to your desired doneness. Medium to medium-well is recommended.
Serve with your favorite burger fixings.
