Dder Yummy Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs deer burger (ground deer)
  • 4 - 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 20 - 30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

Crumble the deer in a mixing bowl. Mix in the Worcester sauce.

Let stand in refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes.

Mix in the beaten eggs and the cracker crumbs.

Pat into burger size patties.

Grill over medium heat or fry with a little oil to your desired doneness. Medium to medium-well is recommended.

Serve with your favorite burger fixings.
