Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 - 28 oz can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • tortilla chips, regular or flavored
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

Brown the meat in a skillet, Dutch oven, or large pot. Drain if necessary.

Place meat in a soup pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together. Add a little water if needed.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.

Dip into bowls and top with cheese.

Use the chips for dipping or as spoons.
