Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 - 28 oz can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- tortilla chips, regular or flavored
- shredded cheese
Instructions
Brown the meat in a skillet, Dutch oven, or large pot. Drain if necessary.
Place meat in a soup pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together. Add a little water if needed.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.
Dip into bowls and top with cheese.
Use the chips for dipping or as spoons.
