Machinegun Mike's Deer Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lb's ground deer
  • 1 packet your favorite chili seasoning
  • 1 large jar Spicy V-8 juice
  • 1 - 64oz jar Chi-Chi's medium salsa, or your favorite brand
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

Instructions

Brown the deer meat in a large skillet. Drain if necessary.

Place the meat in a large pot. Stir in 1/2 of the V-8 juice and the chili seasoning.

Stir in the salsa. Mix well.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the juice and stir in the macaroni.

Cook on low heat until the macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.

Serve and enjoy.
