Deer Heart ala Good
Ingredients
- seasoning salt
- all purpose flour
- oil
Instructions
~ 1 deer heart
Slice the heart into 1/4" thick slices.
Season to taste on both sides with the seasoning salt.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Dredge the deer in the flour and add to the hot oil.
Cook over medium heat about 5 - 8 minutes per side.
Serve and enjoy.
