Squirrel Wings
Thanks to Justin for sending in this recipe.

~ front and rear legs from 6 squirrels
~ 2 cups flour
~ 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
~ 1/2 tsp sea salt
~ 3 eggs, beaten
~ 1 cup buttermilk
~ 4 cups oil
~ 1 bottle sweet and spicy BBQ sauce

Mix the lemon pepper and salt with the flour.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Mix in the buttermilk.

Heat the oil to 375 degrees.

Dip the legs in the egg/milk mixture then roll in the flour.

Add to the hot oil and fry until golden brown turning once.

Remove and drain on paper towels.

Put the legs in a bowl with a lid. Pour on the sauce and shake until well coated.

Serve and enjoy!
