Squirrel Stew Too

- 1 squirrel, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 tbsp.butter
- flour
- salt & pepper to taste
- 7 cups boiling water
- 1 can(16 oz.) diced tomatoes with juice
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper the flour to taste.

Roll the squirrel in the flour and brown in the butter.

Add the squirrel, onions, potatoes, corn, thyme, cayenne pepper to the boiling water.

Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for another 60 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!
