Citrus Glazed Squirrel with Orange and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 squirrel
  • 1 large orange
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Place squirrel in baking dish.

Quarter the orange and squeeze the juice onto the squirrel.

Place at least 4 pats of butter on top.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

Serve and enjoy.
