Karaiyaki Sauce

~ 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
~ 1 cup brown sugar, packed
~ 1/2 clove minced garlic
~ 5 - 6 oz fresh grated ginger
~ red pepper flakes to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.

Add your favorite meat, stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Grill, fry, bake or broil.

Serve and enjoy.
