English Pheasant

Ingredients

  • 2 pheasants, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 jar salsa, medium flavored
  • 1/3 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 packet tortillas, cut into strips

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the meat, soups, salsa, sour cream, cheese and onion.

Grease a casserole dish.

Layer in the tortillas and the meat mixture starting with a layer of tortillas.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
