Vernon's Grilled Snow Goose
Many thanks to Burnley Davis for passing along this recipe.

~ 1 de-boned Snow goose breast, works with Blue’s and Spec’s too
~ 1/2 cup red wine
~ 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
~ 1 tbsp soy sauce

Combine the wine, Worcester and soy sauce together.

Place the goose in a zip lock bag. Pour in the sauce mixture.

Seal and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Flip now and then.

Remove and place on grill heated to medium heat.

Cook for 15 minutes turning every 3 – 4 minutes. You want it just a little rare.

Serve with your favorite sides.

Enjoy.
