Snow Goose Stew
Many thanks to Jim Christian for sharing this recipe.

~ 3 snow or blue goose breasts
~ 12 beef bouillon cubes
~ 10 cups water
~ 5 potatoes, cubed
~ 1 can peas, drained
~ 1 can whole corn, drained
~ 1 can green beans, drained
~ 1 can carrots, drained

Place the breasts in a large crock-pot. Cover with water and cook on high 12 hours. Good idea to do this overnight.

Drain the contents through a strainer. Rinse off the meat to remove all of the fat and "gunk". Rinse out the crock-pot.

Shred the meat and return to crock-pot. Add the bouillion cubes and water. Cook on high for 2 hours.

Add the potatoes and cook on high 1 hour.

Add the drained veggies and stir together. Cook on high 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy.
