Carl's Grilled Salmon

~ 2 – 3 lb. salmon fillet, skin on
~ olive oil or melted butter
~ fresh lemon juice
~ 1 large onion, chopped
~ 2 – 6 cloves garlic, minced
~ dill seed
~ seasoning salt
~ black pepper
~ Mrs. Dash
~ curry powder
~ fresh chopped parsley or chopped cilantro

Place the salmon on a sheet of heavy duty foil skin side down.

Drizzle the fillet with either olive oil or melted butter.

Sprinkle on a good dose of lemon juice.

Spread the onions and garlic on.

Season to taste with the seasonings and herbs. Use your favorites if you don’t like these.

Place foil with salmon on a hot grill with a lid.

Cook over medium-high heat for 15 – 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easy.

Remove and let rest a couple of minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
