Deep Fried Fish

~ your favorite fish fillets
~ 1/4 tsp onion powder
~ 1/4 tsp paprika
~ 1/4 tsp garlic powder
~ 1/4 tsp salt
~ 1/4 tsp pepper
~ 2 tbsp parsley flakes
~ 1 sleeve saltine crackers, finely crushed
~ 1 egg, beaten

Mix the spices together with the cracker crumbs in a large ziplock bag.

Dip the fish fillets, a few at a time, into the egg and then add to the cracker mixture.

Shake to coat then add to hot oil.

Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels or bread slices.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
