Oriental Dove

~ 10-12 dove breasts
~ 16 oz. teriyaki sauce
~ 4 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts
~ 10-12 slices of bacon (enough for 1 per breast)
~ toothpicks


Marinate dove breasts in teriyaki sauce for 2-3 hours.

Remove breasts from sauce. Place slices of water chestnuts on each dove breast and wrap in bacon. Secure bacon and water chestnuts with toothpicks.

Grill breasts over medium heat until done. (Breast should be done when bacon is thoroughly cooked.)

Serve and Enjoy!
