Pepsi Dove

Pepsi Dove

~ 12 dove breasts, cleaned and deboned.
~ 1 can Pepsi

Place the breasts in a medium size cast iron pot.

Gently pour in the Pepsi.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the soda caramelizes and breasts are done. Stir occasionally.

Serve as is or spoon over boiled potatoes, carrots and onions.
