~ deboned dove breasts, enough to feed a crowd ~ salt ~ balsamic vinegar ~ your favorite marinade, bbq sauce works the best ~ bacon ~ your favorite veggies for ka-bobs, onions, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.

Soak breasts overnight in salt water with a good dash of vinegar.
Remove the meat and pat dry.
Place meat in marinade and refrigerate for half hour.
While meat is soaking, cut bacon slices in half and cook in skillet or on grill about halfway done. Don’t overcook!
Remove meat from marinade and wrap with a slice of the half cooked bacon.
Place on skewers alternating with the veggies.
Grill over medium heat until cooked to taste.
Serve and enjoy.
