Tennessee Dove Kabobs
Submitted by Mitch Williamson.

~ deboned dove breasts, as many as you can get
~ Wilson's Best Marinade or your favorite brand
~ poultry seasoning
~ bacon
~ your favorite grilling veggies, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, etc.
~ wood skewers

Cut the boneless breasts in half. Place in a ziplock bag and pour cover with marinade.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Longer is better.

Remove from marinade and season to taste with the seasoning.

Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece of meat. Only use a slice long enouhg to go around once.

Place on a skewer using it to hold on the bacon.

Alternate with your veggies.

Place on a hot grill and cook over medium heat 15 - 25 minutes or until the bacon is done.

Baste with more marinade while cooking if desired.

Serve and enjoy.
