Labor Day Doves
Thanks to Kathleen Rogers of North Carolina for sending in this recipe.

~ 12 dove breasts
~ 1 stick of butter
~ 1 bundle of celery
~ 1 onion
~ 1 cup worcestershire sauce
~ 1/2 cup soy sauce


Dice onions and celery. Combine in a large saucepan with the butter.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Place the dove breasts in the saucepan on 1 side of the breast. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Flip the breast over and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Add the worcestershire and soy sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve over rice and Enjoy!
