~ 1 package yellow cake mix
~ 1 stick butter, melted
~ 1 egg, beaten
~ 1 packet (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
~ 2 eggs
~ 3 cups powdered sugar
~ powdered sugar, optional
~ chopped pecans, optional

In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, butter and beaten egg.
Spread evenly into greased or floured a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Mix together the cream cheese, eggs and 3 cups powdered sugar.
Spread this evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and chopped pecans if desired.
Allow to cool completely before serving
